Dr Reinhard Hiller

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Dr. Reinhard Hiller is a life sciences innovator and healthcare strategist with deep expertise in precision medicine, health technology, and longevity solutions. As founder of several ventures, he is used to shaping the future of healthcare through bold visioning, scenario planning, and actionable strategies for individuals, organisations, and systems.

With a track record spanning advanced genomics, digital platforms, and health innovation ecosystems, Reinhard designs and delivers longevity-driven solutions that integrate biomarker science, digital twin technology, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions. His consulting expertise spans diverse stakeholders, including governments, corporates, small businesses and founders.

His mission is to make predictive, preventive, and personalised healthcare accessible wherever people live, work, and age.

Dr Anna Erat

Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder

Anna is an MD, holds a PhD in epidemiology, studied medicine, and researched at Harvard and Zurich. Apart from having been the first female medical director at Hirslanden Klinik, she attended Harvard Business School and INSEAD, is a board member in healthtech, mentors at ETH, and faculty at University of St. Gallen Executive School.

Anna's career bridges clinical excellence and strategic leadership: she has advised leading healthcare organisations, contributed to preventive and precision medicine initiatives, and worked with global networks to advance healthy longevity. She has extensive consulting experience with diverse stakeholders, from governments and corporates to small businesses and founders.

As a partner at Formula 100 Health, she brings her clinical knowledge, research background, and international perspective to design and deliver evidence-based healthspan solutions that integrate advanced diagnostics, digital health, and lifestyle medicine into everyday living environments.

Dr Julian Fleming

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Dr. Julian Fleming is a physician, entrepreneur, and healthcare executive with extensive experience in digital health transformation, emergency medicine, and health information systems. He has held senior leadership roles across both public and private healthcare, including as Group General Manager for Digital Transformation at Mediclinic and Chief Digital Information Officer at Sirona care & health in the UK.

With an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School and certification in health informatics (CPHIMS), Julian combines clinical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation in healthcare delivery. He has worked extensively with a wide range of stakeholders including governments, corporates, small businesses and founders.

As a partner at Formula 100 Health, Julian leverages his background in clinical medicine, health systems, and digital transformation to co-create scalable longevity and precision health solutions that improve access, efficiency, and outcomes across diverse settings.
